Layout Design
From the initial concept design, right through to technical measurements, instructions and drawings; our team developed the ideal boardroom that utilised all space available. We carefully designed and installed a boardroom table to suit the specified proportion requirements.
Equipment Supply
To ensure that our client’s boardroom was as functional as it was spacious, we sourced the most relevant equipment ready for an installation.
Installation/ Commission
The next thing that we did was to install all of the necessary equipment and facilities. In order to ensure that our client could enjoy audio conferencing with ease, we installed table top microphones and speakers. Aluminium cubbies was installed complete with power sockets and AV connective ports for even more functionality. To aid in presentations we installed a wide projector and floor to ceiling blinds.
Full Training
Our experts then went on to train all personnel present in the use of our advanced hardware and equipment.
Full Handover of Documentation
We went even further by providing additional instructions in written format to our clients, simply to make their understanding of their world-class boardroom all the more easier.
Maintenance Plans
To end the project, we provided a variety of maintenance instructions to our clients, as well as offering further support should they require our expertise.
